Welcome to Phroxxep. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of our gift wrapping services and handmade gift products. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Phroxxep provides premium gift wrapping services and handmade custom gift products in Dublin, Ireland. Our services include but are not limited to:
When you place an order with Phroxxep, you are making an offer to purchase our services or products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods as communicated at the point of sale.
All prices are quoted in Euros and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
For bespoke and custom orders, we will work with you to understand your requirements and provide a quote. Once agreed upon, custom orders may require a deposit. Custom and handmade items are created specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned unless they are defective or do not meet the agreed specifications.
For gift wrapping services, items can be collected from our studio at 128 Grafton Street, Dublin, or delivered locally as agreed. For handmade products, we offer collection and shipping options. Delivery timeframes will be communicated at the time of order. While we make every effort to meet agreed delivery dates, Phroxxep is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible. For standard gift wrapping services, we will do our best to accommodate cancellations or changes. For custom and handmade orders, cancellations may not be possible once work has commenced, and deposits are non-refundable. Please refer to our Return Policy for additional information.
All content on the Phroxxep website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Phroxxep or its content suppliers and is protected by Irish and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the website by any third party.
